Graduate Student Researcher
Michigan State University
I worked as pharmaceutical sales and marketing after completing my bachelors in pharmacy from East West University in Bangladesh. After three and half years of designing and implementing marketing and sales strategies I was inspired to explore the science behind the drugs I was marketing. I started my PhD in Michigan State University investigating the changes in cerebral circulation during hypertension that increases the risk of dementia. As an American Heart Association funded researcher I have experience in clarifying project requirements, and performing gap analysis between goals. I have been involved in multi-institution collaborative research effort with presentations at national scientific meetings. I am interested in troubleshooting and designing improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. I am passionate about simplifying complex ideas and actualizing innovation.
